  • I'm giving this service 5 stars because I do think it's as good as it gets! We just moved to the area and were initially looking for an independent individual to clean on a regular basis, thinking it would be cheaper than using a company. We scoped craigslist and a website that links individuals with independents. Not much to choose from and didn't get timely responses from those folks. I started looking at companies. I found Fast Friendly Spotless, requested a quote, and it was cheaper than other companies so I booked that night online. Turns out this company has a very "individualized" feel. Pam called me soon after I booked and we talked about what I was looking for. The rate was going to be even cheaper than I had thought! Pam is extremely accommodating and I feel she really cares that I'm satisfied. She wouldn't charge me until after she received my feedback from the cleaning. She sent Chasity and she was EXCELLENT! She's friendly, sweet, and professional and you can tell she likes what she does. She did a quick tour with me to establish my expectations and went right to work. Chasity, like Pam, is all about making sure I'm happy with the results. I was able to request Chasity be the one to come on a regular basis. Now she comes biweekly. I feel like I'm really being taken care of. Thank you Pam and Chasity!
