  • Terrible customer service. I just moved to Charlotte from Florida and my car was overheating; not knowing anybody here I decided to use their car repair services and the owner quoted me double than what I researched online for an average price for that type of work; when I asked him to help me with the price he got pissed off at me and asked to take my car elsewhere!
