  • I chose Elite because I saw only positive reviews on Yelp....and they did not disappoint! The positivity started right from the beginning when calling the office and the friendly receptionist giving me a same day appointment. Ron and Mike called ahead and showed up exactly within the time frame chosen. They not only immediately diagnosed the problem on my Samsung dryer, they had anticipated the problem and brought an upgraded part with them. They were clean, fast and efficient (even wore shoe covers....exceptional care)! They answered my many questions with ease and professionalism and even put up with my off sense of humor. It is a pleasure to finally be able to give a great review to a local company! Looking forward to recommending to all my friends! A+ Guys!
