  • The company merged with E-Z car rental so I'm putting the review up for both. The experience has been everything but E-Z. what an ironic name. I would give negative star if that was an option. HORRIBLE!!! I booked through travelocity and the rental indicates pick-up location as Pearson International Airport. WRONG! Though the actual location is not far from the airport, it was not easily accessible. you have to take the rail to Viscount parking lot, then call for pick up. we waited 30 MINUTES and called like a kazillion times. Every time, the same answer, someone will be there soon. Everyone, from the shuttle driver to the person in the office, looked like crap. no one apologized for anything. THE CAR THEY GAVE US HAS HIT EVERYTHING BUT THE LOTTERY very very upsetting. never again!
