  • The Brisket Texas Chilli is an excellent choice; each spoonful is filled with such flavor that it doesn't matter if it is cold out or hot, it's tasty. The Sheriff Brisket Sandwich is also a great choice with a sauce from the family recipe book! The owner (Eric) checks for feedback after the meal but all of them that I overheard were positive raves for the appeal of his Texas BBQ cooking! I concur. The decor will build over time but the recipes are great right now. Thanks, Yelp, for steering me to the wonderfully surprising experience in the town of Surprise, AZ.
