  • We went into the store a few weeks ago and I found a ring I liked. The sales woman, Alejandro, approached us. She told us to come back in on 10/20 and that the ring was going to be 40% off (currently 30% off) so we decided to wait. We went back in on 10/20-- when the item was rang up we noticed the total off was not 40% off. When we questioned this we were told, oh it is 30% off then 10% off that.....this is not what we were told...meanwhile Alejandro just stood there pretending she "didn't know". Needless to say we left without purchasing the ring--I would rather spend more money for a smaller ring at a company I know will be honest!
