  • If you are about your pet, don't use this vet. Thanksgiving eve, my 4 yr old dog was in excruciating pain and dying.They refused to help him unless they were given $5000.00 up front. They insisted he had to be admitted for an operation. My daughter begged them to,at least, sell her pain medication so he would stop suffering. The reply was NO, unless she admitted him. The next day, we were able to get a vet to look at him for a $95.00 fee. They asked if they could x-ray him to see if they should perform the operation. Of course, we agreed but they felt the dog was too far gone to have the operation,So sad, the dog was put down on Thanksgiving day.I can't believe the callousness and inhumanity of the Animal Medical and Surgical Center.Basically, the attitude was "tough, the dog is in pain, Money first." If I could minus 5 stars, I would.
