  • Phenomenal studio - feels like family! This is the place to be if you are serious about healthy living but yet down to earth and enjoy a good sweaty workout with some outstanding and knowledgeable people. Grant - the Owner - is the kinda guy you want to be friends with - he makes you feel good from the moment you walk in the door. He goes out of his way to learn your name, high-five, thank you for coming, and solicit feedback on the workouts. My experience is the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing/eager/able to help you with any of your questions regarding form/training/health - anything! They are just jazzed about getting you jazzed! The studio is always clean, comfortable and full of good vibes (even the bathroom is great!) Personally, I prefer a studio with a more "athlete" feel than just a bunch of skinny hot ladies in Lululemon - and this place feels like athlete-central. Don't get me wrong there's tons of beautiful hot people at CORE - but the undertone is soooo much more. I love small, local businesses - and I love being welcomed into a crew that cares about fitness and you. Try CORE - you won't regret it! (P.s. Parking can be a bit crazy because of the "one-way" of the access.. and the Camelback/32nd Street intersection) so leave a little extra time - but never made me late to class - just objective feedback!)
