| - I went to a location close to home after seeing on the CT app that it was open until 8pm on Saturday evenings, upon my arrival I realized quite quickly it wasn't open and proceeded to double check the app, it was at that time I saw this location was open until 10pm, just to make sure I could do what I needed at this location as it was an exchange without a receipt (oops!). I was advised over the phone that it would be no problem as long as it was in the last three months, they can still look up my receipt. As well I just had to confirm they were open until 10pm before driving out there to find them closed as well, which they were.
I walked in to find only one girl working the customer service desk, I don't know what the first customers were doing, but it just looked like a bunch of people standing around for a while, I didn't see anything happen and they left after a little while. There was another girl in front of me, she was taken care of a bit more quick. I walked up placed a broken wiper on the counter, she simply asked exchange or return, and told me to get another, she scanned it an found my receipt and was able to do the exchange quick and painless.
I was very impressed most of all because this wasn't a Master Craft product. I felt that Canadian Tire really stands behind what they sell and take care of their customers.
