Warning the #4 spicy beef noodle is just that. SPICY! It's swimming in chili oil. The Knife sliced noodle beef brisket soup broth was easier to eat for my taste buds. The noodles are slippery to eat so I needed a fork. Fun to watch the chefs stretching the noodles and also knife cutting the dough into the water. I had wanted to take a rice version of a dish for work the next day, since knew the fresh noodle would be too gummy. Both times I've come in, they've been out of rice. Why put it on the menu?
