  • Sister bought Hempz lotion here and was not the scent I wanted. Tried to return and girl said she can't unless I have proof because other places sell the lotion? Um, I'd like to know where? Ask for a manager and employee is annoyed she has to get one. Manager tells me she can return the item for a penny?? WHAT?? Won't be back here! I may be one person, but with the rudeness from those employees, I guarantee others see the same level of rudeness!
