| - Worse experience in my entire life! ASHLEY the assistant manager SCHEDULED me at 9:30 on a Saturday. I get here and she says I am scheduled until 10:30! I checked two previous times on Monday and Thursday, called and confirmed my appointment was at 9:30. Both people, whom one was Ashley said yes. So when I get here I ask why I was told repeatedly 9:30 am. She and another male were the only ones there. She immediately gets SUPER DEFENSIVE saying why would I tell you 9:30? Raising her voice. So then I began to raise my voice. I explain that she told me 9:30 and so did another associate. She says I would never say that! And we repeatedly go back n forth. So after awhile I sit down and I STOP talking. I decide to wait until 10:30 because she keeps saying there's nothing I can do about it in a very harsh way. Your hairdresser does not get here until 10:30, she was doing you a favor and coming in early anyway. I sit down realizing this lady is a lost cause with no morals for customer service. She accuses me of cussing at her, which I definitely did not. I just smh. So I just give up sit down and SHE JUST KEEPS COMINT AT ME!!! She won't be quiet. She keeps saying things and I ignore her. Then when I tell her she can do her thing and my son and I will sit here, wait until our hairdresser comes in (who is the MANAGER LINDSEY). She has the audacity to tell me if I keep acting like this, she will call the cops and I need to get out!! And at this point I am not even arguing anymore, she is basically arguing with herself. Are you fucking serious? I repeatedly tell her I'm done conversating and I'm not even acknowledging her anymore. But she just keeps going in on me. Then if I perhaps speak up for myself, she says I need to get out or she'll call the cops on me! Really? You're the one who keeps going on and on. SO, My four year old son are I are kicked out of this place by CRUELLA FUCKING DEVILLE ASHLEY. Here I am LIVID, Sitting in my car with son. I am not leaving until the manager gets here. Good thing I took a video of my interaction, I knew in my gut this lady was not a very nice lady from my first contact with this place.
Side note: we came in on a whim last month when my teenage daughter wanted a simple trim. Ashley and the male again were the only ones there. My 2 children and I walk in. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I let it go and we sit, hopefully waiting to be asked to see what we needed. Nothing. There was only 1 person in styling chair. No one else. Crickets. A few mins later a male person comes in. Right away Ashley pops up and says to him, how may I help you? Do you have an appointment? Like really? I shrug it off. Thinking I'm just going to ask for help after since none is being offered.
While the guy is getting helped, another lady in a smock walks in and it is clear she works there. I ask her if there is room for my daughter to get a trim. Her name tag says Lindsey - Manager. She immediately takes my daughter back to get a trim and was super nice. Afterwards I decide, she was pretty nice and treated us like Humans. If I come back here is it is only because of her. I would only get my hair done by her, I'm a big believer people's attitudes and how they treat people speak volumes.
So just beware, if you come to this place. You might want to avoid Ashley. I NEVER write bad reviews because I feel they don't do anything. Or I don't want to take my own personal time to be consumed in negativity. But I definitely feel compelled to write this one. It really breaks my heart how people in society can be treated and it gotten away with. This lady definitely has demons in her heart. I'm still in shock of what just happened, sitting in my car. All I can do is wait for the manager. We'll see how that turns out.
