Two hour sunset cruise was a fun way to spend a Saturday dinner out. We booked in advance for the Mothers Day Eve cruise and had a tasty dinner and beautiful views. It did get a little chilly on the lake so those who didn't bring jackets crowded inside. Tips: bring cash to tip shuttle drivers, crew, and the band if you care to, and to buy any beverages. Also arrive early if you want to be able to select where you sit. Food, bathrooms, and the bar are all downstairs, inside. If you have trouble with steep stairs, plan on staying indoors for most of the trip. (There's a small deck downstairs but no seating, most of that level is indoors). You still have great views from indoors but much of the time the food line could be in your way. Lastly, most of the children up to age 12 or so lost interest quickly and just became loud and rowdy. The daytime sightseeing cruise might be better than the sunset cruise for kids. All in all a great trip that we will bring visitors back to experience!
