  • We were told we would have our car back in 3-days....it took ELEVEN! It just had some scratches below the bumper....what could be easier? They clearly over-book themselves then rush their repairs to get them all out as quickly as possible....but they're all likely to still be late. They never called us to tell us of any delays. We called them every single day only to hear, "Well, it's not finished yet. We still have to blah blah blah..." One of the techs came up front complaining about a co-worker to the office staff. As he went back into the garage-area he was yelling and pushing/kicking things out of his way. REAL professional outfit. In fairness, we were given a 20% discount...but that only tells me the price was too high in the first place. ...never ever ever again.
