  • I visited this office a few times by a Refferal from a colleague. Each visit I was greeted by a front office staff member with a poor attitude. I don't think she knows how to smile. The Dr comes to greet you with a happy face but when you tell him your problem, he does not explain anything. Worst part, I never saw him wash his hands, or put on a pair of gloves. The instruments he uses, sit out on a table open to the germs, not sterile. I was seated as the nurse picked up the used ones and left the others to use on me. If you leave a message for the nurse, when you have severe pain, discomfort, and swelling, and they say she will call you back at 6:00 pm., she does not. Not even after 3 messages. There are a lot of other ENT's in Las Vegas that have a caring staff, and the Dr.'s are experts in their field. Look for one of those before you go to this office.
