  • Having staff implies that these people are there to help the customers. This place may have warm(ish) bodies wandering around that disappear when you chase after them to ask a question but they are NOT staff. They have little knowledge of the products and too often have to resort to calling someone over 30 years old to figure out what's going on. Their rudeness at the cash has been truly jaw-dropping. I have never been so insulted in all my life. Regrettably the Canadian Tire on St-Jacques West isn't much better. The only option (if you HAVE to get something at CanTire) is the one on Wellington in Verdun. At least the staff there appears to actually BE staff and have been helpful more than once.
