Mother's Day brunch was disastrous...we had a 12pm reservation and we didn't get seated till 1240..host or manager kept apologizing because they were busy..blah blah ok we get it no problem. The food took about another hour..again blame it on mother days and how busy they were...fine We get it !!! now when we got our food that was a different story, Who do they have to blame for the lack of flavor on the watery lasagna, the over hard fried eggs on the carbonara or the freezer burnt cake they served us. Our waiter was sweet and she did try to make it better but the management was dismissive. she kept on wanting us to listen to the same excuse but honey your running a restaurant that has a celebrity chief name attached to it. A little more listening please and maybe. start empathizing with the guest that's paying the for that messed up meal they served us. It's really sad since Giada is one of my favorite celebrity chefs :( and this restaurant is not a good reflection on her.
