  • Great low key neighborhood hangout. It is pet friendly and kid friendly ( so if your not into the take your kids to a bar thing don't go here). It's family owned and family friendly. Beers are great. I recommend Swing State and they have a great seasonal Pumpkin brew right now. No food but you can bring in whatever you like. They have a lot of food events like ClamBakes and breakfasts catered by local eateries. They only have beer. No full bar and no soft drinks. We take a mini cooler with some water and sodas. They are totally cool with that. Garage door fronts open to good weather. Board games for family groups. (Honestly, the kids can get a little annoying, but that's their thing here). You can get a good dog fix if you would like to own a pooch but can't. Enjoy!
