  • Worst customer service ever. However the phone CSRs are the best. They really know how to fix problems, and go over board to help you. The stores... (i use two locations and both are the same. Pompous sales people, not interested in helping. Run from this place ... They act like used car salesman. I have given THEM many opportunities- My account for many years was flawless - paid on time, with good service from Verizon. March 2017 was switched to business account - plus many new items added to the account - everything went south then. The Business account is the worst - It was more than 2 months before i see a bill that was a bit less 2 times the amount i was quoted**. Then past due charges on top of that. I had auto pay for many years and with the change, they took it off. So I was to pay the bill once i got it and set up auto pay again. But Without a bill one can not pay. Since I did not have a bill. I did not pay. The response I got from the CSR at the store- "Well, you knew you had to pay the phone bill - why didn't you needed to call in and find out where your bill was?" REALLY? I run a well known video production company and studio in Arizona - I run a company, I do not wait to see if the 30+ venders I have, sends me a bill or not. To top it off they took off my insurance for the phone, that i have paid for over 10 years - Their response ? You told us to take it off. Not true - What business person would remove a small fee for insurance that is tax deductible to save a few dollars a month? The reason it was taken off was, that you all did not put it on!!! Then the manager of the store- back up the CSRs BS. Now your management team are all liars. Covering the CSR's mistakes. This all came up when I lost my phone I just purchased cash for 25 days earlier and had to pay for a new phone. So my phone now cost me $1500+ Horrible untruthful back peddling CSRs- They point fingers at everyone else but themselves. VERY VERY poor service . I do not see this place ever changing - now 1.5 years later same poor service - i will be looking soon for a better solution to my mobil needs. ** the over billing was taken off. They double billed for multiple items. HMMMMM isn't that special!! You are all thieves
