  • If you area considering making a reservation over the phone and think you can cancel without getting charged - think again. I had made a reservation and had to cancel on the day of the massive snow storm, i was supposed to go with a group of friends on the sat and thought it would be best not to chance it. I cancelled 25+ hours prior to my reservation and still got charged. I called today to see if they wouldn't refund me cash and they stated that its been credited to my account. I would think considering the weather, it would be good customer service for me to get my $$ back but instead I'm forced to visit their establishment. Won't make that mistake again, always ask what the cancellation policy is especially if providing your credit card information.
