  • I have been a customer for 7 years at desert pediatrics until this point. Last month I had a appointment at 9:00 am I did not see the doctor till 11:00 a clock I asked the receptionist what was taking so long the response was that it was Monday. When they took me to the room I've waited another hour until the doctor came to see my children. At the moment I was very upset so I asked to speak to the office manager she was extremely rude. She handle the situation very unprofessional instead of giving me options resolve my situation she kicked me out of the premises accusing me of taking a picture of one of her employees which never took place. I was offended as a customer I feel that places like this should be more professional I would never conduct business with them again they have more to loose all 3 of my kids were patients here.
