  • I had the worst "manicure" I have ever had in my life, if you could even call it a manicure. I went in to get a shellac manicure, the shaping and cuticle aspect went fine but when she put on a base coat it kept warping and creating bumps. When I mentioned it she said "oh that's weird" but kept going and said to try putting it under the light to see if that made it better. It stayed the same so they buffed it off and tried another layer. Same thing again even after I asked them to try another bottle but they refused. After a third attempt they said it might just be my nails. I had to leave so I asked them to remove it so that I could go. They continued to buff it off causing me to bleed. I told them to stop and that I would take it off myself, but they still made me pay for a regular manicure. They buffed my nails so much that my nails are so thin and keep breaking. They should never have buffed it so much, acetone is the better option. Worst customer service, the owner was even there and did nothing about it.
