  • First time renting a car through Enterprise and the experience was made so easy from my first phone call to the car return, all because of one very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional young man at the Mayfield Road location..Phil Rogers!! As I was traveling from Cleveland to Massachusetts Phil took the initiative to upgrade me to a step above the economy car I asked to be held and my long journey was made so much more comfortable in the brand new Chevy Malibu...and Thank you, thank you Phil for walking me to my car under your umbrella in the adjacent lot in the torrential downpour! I can't say enough about this gentleman except his customer service skills were exemplary! Thank you Phil Rogers! :-)
