A lonely kiosk in a high-traffic corridor, this Swatch store houses an impressive arra of extremely popular-priced, near-disposable watches. Styles are cute; I'm a fan of any automatic watch that doesn't run a few hundred dollars.
Service ranges from unhelpful to non-existent.
A question about water-resistence yielded a blank stare.
A request to open the case so that I could, you know, SEE the watch that I wanted to buy was dismissed.
Apparently the "girl who had the key thing" had gone off, and I should come back later. Of course, by the time I came back the mall would only be open for another half-hour, but the shop was closing up so I should come back tomorrow. Silly me, wanting to actually purchase something.
