First communication was with Travis, the GM. DICK!!!!! Then, Gabriela from the Internet department was very helpful over the phone. Once my husband went into Fairway, he spoke with Micah (sp?). He was an honest and upfront dude. The finance manager came out and he too was completely honest. However, while my husband was there, he witnessed a situation that would have made him walk had it not been for Micah. A guy came in that had purchased a vehicle on Saturday but had an issue with a possible overcharge. Travis kicked him out "Come on. Get the fuck out of my shop!" With that, other potential customers (not just one) walked out. We are grateful my husband didn't purchase there after seeing that and coming home to read the reviews. Buyer beware!
