  • I was about to leave, and I should have, as I stood at the hostess stand for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. After being seated and placing the drink and food order (which took a while) it took 45 minutes until food came. Came with two hungry kids (7 & 8) and no kid menus or anything to color with or on. Yikes! Tables surrounding us had dirty plates from previous customers indicating that they were short staffed but you would not know it, as the server showed no sense of urgency or a 'sorry we're a little understaffed tonight'. There was bad show, as additional tables were used for additional condiment storage rather than in a discreet location in the back. Booth seats were lumpy with springs popping through. This began to take it's toll on my back after the first 45 minutes just waiting for the food. Eventually we had another server appear out of nowhere that was a bit better, but not enough to justify any kind of decent tip. Will not be returning.
