Concert-PRICELESS ? Unfortunately not. We all made the trip specifically to see Elton John. Bought our tickets months in advance. Planned our trip to the last detail. Never counted on getting to the Colliseum, buying expensive drinks and souvenirs, being escorted to our seats and . . . having a Ceasars staff member come out to tell us that Elton will not be performing tonight after all. Sorry. Your tickets will be refunded. Goodnight. WTF. People sat in stunned silence not knowing if it was a joke or not. Concert was to start at 730p and it was now 740p. If they had let us know at 630p, we might have been able to go see another headliner. As it was though we ended up at a drag show. Maybe a little like Eltons early days, but still not the same. Very irate at Ceasars for how they handled it and after a few phone calls and an email, I am even angrier because they don't care. I will never book anything with them again. Buyer beware.
