  • The worst first experience, I have ever had in a long time! I walked in there and they did not have any cars available for me with my chosen class! I asked to see if there was any other cars around and the girl at the counter said no, while the manager looked online! This shows that they were not on the same page! The manager Sebastian by the way who is new, was extremely rude to me on the phone. I called in to get a swap out for the vehicle he gave me for it was not of my taste. He started to say that I was being aggressive, being a customer I did not deserve this remark! The car he gave me was not cleaned out inside before extending it to me! Sebastian has terrible customer service skills, and should not be a manager. I was able to find another location where they did take care of me, but I would stay away from the 19th Ave. and Dunlap location, for they are terrible, and I will probably not be doing business with enterprise in the future.
