  • My experience with this business with respect to its finishing services is similar to others, except that I got my work back. After being told that an antique bargello pillow that was beginning to disintegrate (the pillow part, not the needlework, which was intact) could be refinished, I left the pillow with them. Months went by and after numerous calls inquiring about the status of the project, we eventually went back to the shop and retrieved the pillow. It was completely untouched, but at least I got it back. Other aspects of this business may be fine, but I would definitely not recommend their finishing services.
