| - Customer Service is HORRIBLE.
My son arrived at the megabus busstop in Anaheim. I dropped him off, the bus was just pulling in, we said goodbye, I watched him sit on the bench, as it was 10 minutes early, we watched a couple of people pop on and off the bus, thinking there was still 10 minutes, he sat on the bench, and I drove away. 20 minutes later, he called and asked me if there was another bus because that one had just drove off without reopening the doors. I had to uber him back to my house, then back to the bus station and I had to pay for another ticket to get him back to las vegas.
I contacted customer service, they said they would refund me and to give them 5-7 days. I contacted them 3-5 times, no responses and no refunds.
Unbelievable customer service, and I will post this and keep posting until I receive reimbursement.
And the bus broke down on the way to my house from Las Vegas, they were supposed to refund that too, but....guess what?
