  • I've been a regular at this salon for over a year. Service is always mediocre, but it's close to home so I always return. Amy (the owner) used to do my nails. Sometimes she has a bad attitude and is rude to her customers when she gets frustrated about something. Today she yelled at me in front of a full salon because I asked her very nicely to adjust my nails. I will not be going back!! This isn't the first time she has snapped at me for no reason. Zero customer service. I don't know how a business owner (Amy) thinks it is acceptable to yell and snap at paying customers. Never again! Also, they re-use "single use" items and don't clean the pedicure tubs. Beware!!
