  • Oh boy where do I start? Stopped in here around 4 on a weekday. There was only one lady working who claimed she "just bought the place" and the "kids" usually work there and know what they are doing but she was there alone. There was a family of four in front of me, two people in front of them, and 3 people waiting behind me. She had NO IDEA what she was doing! The people in front of me ordered their creations (or whatever they are called) and she did not know what went in them and kept having to read the ingredients multiple times. It took her at least 15 minutes if not longer to make two cups of ice cream. I ordered the no sugar ice cream which tasted as if it had been sitting there for months. So, finally after about 20 minutes or so, we got to sit down to some of the worst ice cream after some of the slowest service I've ever seen. It's hard to feel bad for her, as an owner you have to take pride in your business and LEARN IT! Just sayin.....
