rev:text	Came in today as a family member had signed up for there promo of 3 month free car wash if you sign up for a Terrible players card. Go to the car wash and get registered for the wash. We ask about the sticker to go thru the unattended car wash and was told that they don't do the sticker as this is a promotion. When I had signed up, I received the sticker for the unattended car wash, so my other family member should have gotten it as well. The girl still kept saying they don't do that and whoever gave the first sticker should not have. So we go to the other side to wait for the car. We see the guy that had first signed us up with the promo. He said that they don't do it as it is a waste of sticker as it is only a promo. Told him that we had gotten 1 when we signed up. So we said we would not be coming back. As we walked away, the main car wash guy said " bye, won't miss you". Which boiled my blood. So my mom and sister went to talk to the store manager, I stayed and watched the car in case of any funny business. Sadly the manager was not much help either. He said that they do not give the sticker for the unattended car wash. Then mentions that they do not allow commercial vehicles, including uber and lyft. Then the store manger says he will talk to the guy about the incident. After going on how he would write up or fire his staff for giving out a sticker with the promotion going on. Sadly, this talk will never occur and the guy will continue to be rude to customers and get away with it. Also, Terrible's is falsely advertising either full service or exterior washes on the promotion when, based on what the store manager had told us, you only get a full service wash. So what is the point of having 2 service options when you only get 1 service option.
