  • Update: they "didn't receive" my rent check for the second time in a year. I've never had mail lost before, but twice in a year by the asme company? Hmmm. Fishy. Both incidents resulted in an enormous penalty ($200) on my part. Update: I was told that after 2 years, I can renew my lease on a 6-month basis, and that if I chose to renew for an additional 6 months, my rent would stay the same. Here we are, 6 months later, and they're increasing Update: yet another fiasco with this company. They "negotiated" my rent but failed to tell me the whole story...it went up $100! They withheld info from me, lied to me, and hung up on me. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.
