  • Took my ford f350 in to have my tires rotated. A couple days later while driving on the freeway the front tire came off. Had the truck towed to their shop but the manager ducked out. The mechanic put a torque wrench on the lugs and they were all loose. Their response.... "it wasnt us". They did not use a torque wrench and could care less that they could have killed someone with their sloppy work. These are not good guys and after my experience I would caution people to be very careful when dealing with them.
