  • From check in to check out this hotel was horrible. We purchase this hotel via Groupon 2 months ago. Upon checking in we were told that they were going to upgrade us to it to bed suite. Which we thought was great until we get up to the room and we are right next to the main stage on Fremont Street. The windows were so thin that they are rattling until about 3 a.m. do to all of the live bands and DJ's right outside of our room. We could not sleep whatsoever and asked if we would be able to move rooms and they said that they were negative on space and since we had the Groupon this was as good as it gets. Then we asked if we would be able to get a couple of bottles of water because they do not have any evening machines on any of the floors and they told us that it would be $2 for each bottle that we requested. The bathroom was so small you could brush your teeth while using the toilet. Overall a very poor experience and we'll not be back to this hotel.
