  • My Family tried to use Desio Realty Group to rent a home recently. Jim Desio seemed very nice at first, but we learned very quickly he is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and each and every time I dealt with him, he found a way to insult me, in one way or another. He has people working with his office, that have NO IDEA, what the heck is going on with Real Estate. I would venture to guess the gal Rose, he had working with us, is not only nervous, clueless, but I am suspecting, unlicensed! He wanted me to give her a check for $1,950.00, on a rental home, without signing a lease? Just to take the property "off the market." How convenient for him!! He was in California, so he sent her to meet us. I asked if we weren't happy with the terms of the lease, if he would give our money back? He said, it has never happened!! I said, "Well, there's a first time for everything, now isn't there?" He had ALREADY run us around on some other issues, which I dealt with, so I mentioned my 77 year old father, was getting nervous about the situation and he said, (I hope you are seated,) "I think we are going pass on you guys." Seriously, who is this jerk?!? Please do yourself a favor, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY!! HE IS A LOSER!!!
