  • I went here last weekend in search of a mattress and box spring set. Since I could not find anything within my budget at Sears, I decided to give this location a try. I honestly had a very good experience. I was greeted by Marlon who asked me what was in search for and he showed me around the store and what options they had. They were having a floor sale that day clearing out what they had in store so I found a fantastic deal on a Serta set. I wasn't too sure at that time so Marlon gave me the option of leaving a deposit to place a hold on the set and I was able to have time to make a decision. In the end I did decide to purchase that day and so I went back and was able to have my mattress set delivered that day (a Sunday!). Marlon was extremely helpful and professional. And the delivery was very easy. I received a call from the driver letting me know when he would arrive and confirming my address within the three hour window I was quoted at the store. All in all a very good first experience for me and will probably pop by again to see what else they might have (new home owner and things there fit my budget).
