  • My husband is away for work and he wanted to surprise me with flowers for Valentine's Day. He requested an afternoon drop off time. I received a call at 11am from a very rude delivery person. "I'm at the gate with your flowers." I notified her that I was at work and she responded saying, "I'll mark them undeliverable". I told her just to leave them by my garage and I'd get them when I got home. Basically, the delivery driver ruined the surprise. A big part of getting flowers delivered is the experience and it was all ruined with that one rude and brisk phone call. I tried to leave zero stars but it wouldn't let me.
