Horrible service at the front of this place. Listen I get it that Vegas is all about money or whatever but to treat people like straight up shit is unacceptable to me and can't be justified whatsoever. I was invited to a friends of mine's birthday that flew all the way from Atlanta, GA. She had reserved a cabana originally at the Mandalay Beach and they "over sold" and could only offer a Day Bed instead. Way too hot we wanted the cabana so a host ended up supposedly changing up over to Daylight where they had plenty of available! Speed this story up my friend and her girlfriends get to the front around 2:45-3PM to the table cabana reservation side. The guy working was a complete JERK and just over the top rude about not finding this reservation that we "Supposedly" made and yes those were his exact words.. Supposed? Excuse me? Anyways after going back and forth about this we had the promoter walk his happy ass on over to get this squared away and not to mention check this guy at the front about his customer service. Terrible! Then we had another person in our party show up about an hour later and all of a sudden they said that the list for the cabana's was closed and that person had to pay the cover to get in on a cabana that they were already included on? No thank literally got up and left I was in complete shock at just how the whole thing went down. I'm disappointed as an MLIFE Platinum member for SURE won't be back, nor would I or will I recommend anybody that comes to town that I know here.. Get it together.. Fast!
