| - Elite is the BEST pool management company we have ever had, hands down!! In fact, this is one of the best run customer service companies I have dealt with in a long time.
Damien is the owner. I texted him because we had been having issues with our previous pool company, with the primary problem being a pool sweep that wasn't working well. Despite being a busy season, Damien came out to see us that day. He spent about 45 minutes testing our pump and other equipment; diagnosed the problem; pointed out to us a number of areas we were not aware of; and explained everything in detail. A problem that our old company couldn't fix in over 3 weeks was taken care of in 45 minutes.
We asked Damien to go over his company's service and customer care policies. We really liked what we heard, and immediately became a client. Elite's service is complete, outstanding, and very reasonably priced. In fact, despite providing the best service, they are far from being the highest priced. We have had a few weekly visits so far and our tech, Seth, has been terrific. After each visit we receive an email which lists what was performed, the chemical readings, inventory items used, like chlorine tablets, and any notes from the tech.
BOTTOM LINE - our pool has never looked better!!
Two other important things to note.
1. Damien and his techs believe in continuing education for their industry. They are licensed and attend ongoing clinics to stay up-to-date on industry developments in servicing, equipment, and pool structure and design.
2. Because of this, Elite is truly a pool management company. We know our pump and filter system is old and may need work or replacement in the near future. Damien went through a number of areas that can affect equipment performance; talked about some options in a step-by-step approach when needed; and explained some long-term options that will save us from overspending. Some companies might have pushed a big equipment replacement project but Damien never went in that direction.
I am in the education field, and grew up in the automotive service industry. Because of that, I am very picky when it comes to customer service standards, and I put a premium on businesses that value industry education. Elite scores a 10+ out of 10 on both!
WE ARE SO HAPPY WE FOUND ELITE POOL MANAGEMENT!! Their name is accurate. Do yourself a big favor - call them.
