  • If you like poor management, dirty hallways, loud and noisy apartment living, this is the place for you! Management is unresponsive to maintenance issues. The web site says the kitchen counter tops are granite but in fact they are plastic, not granite, and badly stained and very unattractive. Promises but no fixes. Trash is piled up in stairwells, trash rooms and the garage. There is no one to clean the place!! I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The management made a big deal about the construction quality and how "sound resistant" the apartments were. There could not be anything further from the truth. The place is so loud that you will not get to sleep at night!! Good luck in you apartment search but bypass this place!!
