These people are awful. They are rotten and antagonistic. They lack any semblance of basic human decency. They are just so incredibly rude. Their services are terrible, and they don't offer online services for clients to be able to manage their accounts online or outside of their business hours. This is very problematic in a world where we are all so busy. Options are very much needed because of the day and age we live in, but the individuals of this institution do not seem to understand that, or the fact many of us actually work during their business hours. They do not follow through on providing the services their clients pay for, and many of their employees have some pretty big problems with personal egos which they place priority on over actual business-related matters. It's really pretty sad. I would recommend finding another financial institution that can provide better banking options with better customer care tactics. It is a horrible experience EVERY time I have to deal with the people of this institution. I fully regret ever doing business with this terrible place. The quality of their service really put the phrase "Don't walk, run!" into perspective. Never again.
