  • Make sure you make you an appointment and hour before you intend to be there, that way when they call your name 2 hours later you have only been there an hour. My grandfathers appointment was at 3pm, they told us to be here at 2:30pm, it's 3:58, this is a disgrace. Have some professional courtesy. I understand flexibility but this is ridiculous!!!!!!
