  • I decided to wake up early and check this place out, had good reviews about it and seemed pretty convenient for me since I live close by, was going to cancel my previous gym membership for my boyfriend and I and maybe get a membership at Planet Fitness. I came in the am and told the receptions that I wanted to try this place out. First thing she said was "we just don't let anyone work out in here!" And I said ok, well I can just take my business somewhere else." Then she said, "OK!" I was pretty offended by the way she handled it! I'm all about costumer service, it's what I do! She shouldn't watch me walk out of the facility without getting the proper information she assumed that I just want to work out for free. My intention was to see a someone and show me around and tell me about the facility before making any commitments. I was offended and no one should be treated that way. I'm planning to talk to a manager about this experienced I had. Very disappointing!
