  • This has to be one of the worst banks I've ever experienced. Their credit cards are not handled by the branches. The branches are unable to answer basic inquiries. When investigating if a branch can print a statement I watched several people leave in anger. If you have a choice in your banks I would avoid this backwards banking institution! Horrible and incompetent. Web services are antiquated and incomplete! I wish I could leave negative stars.
