  • This is as good as it gets. As an urgent scenario, my home warranty company (Old Republic) contacted Doctor Cool on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON in JULY. You can only imagine how busy these guys are - and it's Sunday afternoon to top it off. Within 2 hours, Scott from Doctor Cool was at my front door. Scott took his time to locate the problem and removed the part necessary. He promised to return the next morning - which he did, promptly! We had an unusual scenario with TWO non-functioning units and Scott needed to return yet a third time. Again, promptly returning the next morning. He was always SO polite and helpful, and never once seemed exasperated or rushed or irritated. I can't imagine working A/C units in Las Vegas in July, but Scott seemed to love his job and took very special care of us. Thank goodness for a great warranty company who knew that Doctor Cool would be the best to call. I will use Doctor Cool whenever I need anything heat or A/C related. And I will certainly request Scott. He's a true gem, and Doctor Cool is a great company!!!
