  • Terrible Corporation. If you can choose ANY other insurance company do so. BCBS of Arizona keeps raising premiums, decreasing coverage and laughing all the way to the bank. And to add insult to injury, the monthly statements "spin" how much we saved this month... for instance $35. Well they never show the $880 premium we had to pay (for nothing) so really we're in the hole. And why did all of Flagstaff receive a FedEx'd package (at least $25) with the notice that premiums were going up? Couldn't have mailed those notices (USPS $2.50) instead? Greedy terrible company, seek other options.
