  • Do not use this company! My home warranty company directed me to them but I've asked them to be removed from the list due to their dishonest practice and poor customer service. I had a water heater break and they came the next day (this was the only positive). I wanted to replace the water heater tank with a tankless heater and asked for them to provide information while I waited for the warranty company to approve the claim. The information was never provided after two requests. Once the claim was approved, I called them three times to get the service scheduled (and to again get the information) and I only was able to reach voice mail. I left messages and no call back. It is now one week later, still no water heater. Horrible!!!
