  • Friendly and efficient support staff. Most forms were dealt with on line in advance so very little paperwork on arrival. For my first appointment I was seen at the appointment time and the doctor and his assistant seemed very interested in helping me. We had a thorough discussion and Dr Miao answered all my questions. He is patient and attentive and encouraged me to address issues I have overlooked for years. In contrast with other specialists I have seen, he did not rush the consultation and made me feel I was not wasting his time. The second appointment, I arrived early but was not seen until more than one hour 15 minutes after the appointment time. It would've been nice to have some acknowledgement of how long I waited. That said, the office staff was again very helpful and promptly followed up with referrals to other specialists so I still recommend them, I am just hoping that next time the wait in their reception area is not so long.
